The HTML editor lets you format your text “live.” This means you can apply all formatting directly within the text and see the changes immediately, just like you would in Word or OpenOffice. You don’t need any HTML knowledge to do this.
In the HTML version, we offer the TinyMCE editor. This is a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor:

Here, of course, you can apply a wide variety of formatting options to text and paragraphs, select different views, and insert media and tables.
Embedding Images, Videos, and Documents
Here’s how to embed images or videos and attach documents in the HTML editor:
- First, upload the relevant files. These can be PDFs, Word and Excel files, or even videos and images.
- The file will then appear at the end of the page in a list. Right-click on the file to select the “Copy link address” option. This copies the file’s URL to the clipboard.
- Insert this URL as a source under Insert >> “Image” or “Media” and format it according to your needs.
