Ad hoc reports are another way to create reports, in addition to standard reports. Ad hoc reports provide you with a quick overview of a predefined topic. The results are then displayed as a pivot table and reflect the current status as it appears in ChurchTools.
The predefined ad hoc reports are stored as SQL queries. This allows you to quickly select and run them.
Predefined ad hoc reports #
Every ChurchTools installation comes with preconfigured ad hoc reports:
Membership and Friends Growth – A list of individuals in the ChurchTools system over a period of time.
Membership Trends – Initial Contacts per Month and per Year.
Monthly Group Growth – Changes in the number of participants in groups (of a specific type), broken down by month.
Weekly Group Development – Changes in the number of participants in groups (of a specific group type), broken down by calendar week.
Attendance at Group Meetings – Number of group meetings attended per month, broken down by participant role.
Fact Report – List of facts (Events module), calculated on a monthly basis.
- Donor Analysis – Total Donation Amount or Number of Donations
Finance – List of account transactions by account (old Finance Sync module).
- Song Usage – Song Frequency by Calendar and Campus
App Usage – Number of devices per user that use the ChurchTools app.
- Users without an active app installation – List of all users who do not have an active app installation
