Check-in codes will be sent out for an event in your church congregation so that attendance can be recorded quickly. If you don’t receive your check-in codes, please check the following:
- Is the check-in code enabled for groups?
- Has the person’s role been selected?
- Does the person have an e-mail address in case the automatic sending feature is used?
- What status does the “check-in code ” column show for this person in the group members table?
- Does the app display the code for the person in their group?
