With the Check-in module, you can immediately print the names of the people whose attendance is being tracked at an event—for example, on labels.
To do this, you’ll need to install our printer connection software, the LabelPrinter Tool. Next, you’ll need to enable the printers in the LabelPrinter Tool under Settings > Printer Settings for ChurchTools. You can find detailed instructions on our help page : “How do I connect a printer to the Check-in module?”
The Check-in module should then display and connect to the activated printers. For example, attendance can be recorded using a tablet, and the printer prints via the LabelPrinter tool.
If the printer does not appear during check-in, check the following:
- Is the LabelPrinter tool installed and running on the device to which the desired printer is connected?
- Is the desired printer set up in the LabelPrinter tool?
- Has the printer been enabled in the LabelPrinter tool for ChurchTools?
- Does the test print work in the LabelPrinter tool?
- Does the ChurchTools user have the necessary permissions?
- Does the printer appear after reloading the Check-in module?
