You can export financial transactions in the transaction journal in various formats. This allows you to process the data as an Excel or CSV file. In addition to the default format, ChurchTools also supports the DATEV and SAGE 100 format.

You will find all formats under Export (1), which opens a drop-down menu that shows you all the options for exporting your transactions.

Standard export #

You can execute the standard export (2) as a CSV or Excel file. All information of the transaction(s) will be exported. The columns are named after the columns in ChurchTools.

Other formats – SAGE 100 and DATEV #

ChurchTools also offers you an export to the ERP software SAGE 100. You can also choose between CSV and Excel files. SAGE 100 can then import this file again.

The DATEV export is a standardised export in which the transaction data is prepared in special columns. You can use this export for all software products that support the DATEV format.
