You can subscribe to all or only certain calendars from ChurchTools and have them displayed in the calendar app of your choice.

Set reminders #

You can set individual reminders for any appointment of your choice.

Receive calendar updates #

You can choose to be notified via e-mail about new appointments in a calendar.

Personal appointment overview #

You can use the Info Screen function to set up your own personal overview of events which you can access via a link in your browser.

Embed calendars on a website #

You can embed your church calendars on a website and have them displayed there.

Print calendar #

You can print your own personal calendar view to carry it with you as a pdf-file or hard copy.

Import calendars to ChurchTools #

You can import external calendars to ChurchTools to have all your calendars displayed at once.
