To find out why your meeting isn’t visible to you in the Check-in module, check the following requirements.
Check Permissions #
In the Permissions Manager, check whether you have been granted the following permissions:
View your group: Of course , you must be authorized to view the group for which you want to check in. This means you are either a member of the group itself, a member of an authorized parent group, or you have the necessary permission View the groups, including their members (view groups) for these groups.
View Check-in modules: For your role in the group, the global permission “View Check-in” must be enabled in the Check-in section.
View and host your group meetings: To do this , your role in the respective group must have the group-internal permission ” People and Groups ” > Functions > View and host group meetings.
Check Meeting #
In the Check-in module, check whether the meeting has already been created in a group or in the calendar.
In the left column meeting you’ll first see all the group meetings that are already in the groups listed in the middle column groups .
About the gear icon , you can also display appointments from a calendar that contains the appointments you want to be available for selection.
Of course, it’s also possible that the meeting you’re looking for doesn’t exist yet. In that case, it doesn’t exist as a group meeting in any of the groups or as an event in any of the calendars. Click the blue plus icon in the meeting to create a new meeting in this case.
