Master data of the Persons module

1 Min. lesen

The data that is important for the further processing of personal data is stored in the master data of the Persons core module.

You can access it by calling up the Persons module and switching to the master data on the right.

There are fields in the master data that appear again and again:

  • ID – Indicates the actual database ID. This cannot be changed as it is specified by the database. An ID is always unique for each table.
  • Sorting – This can be used to change the order in which the fields are displayed in the application. The higher the value, the further down in the sequence the field is displayed. Negative values may also be used.

A department is a subdivision of a campus that has its own management structure and list of persons. If this is the case for you, you can add one or more depertments to the standard Church list in the master data.

You can read how to do this in our guide to creating new departments.
