You are responsible for public relations in your church, but you are not an administrator of your installation? #

The prerequisite for being able to see and edit the public relations section is the global authorisation Administration > Manage public relations. As soon as your user has this permission, you can start. You can get it through your local admin.

You just got your ChurchTools installation fresh for maintaining your Finder church profile? #

If so, you don’t need to assign permissions, we’ve already set everything up so you have all the permissions you need. If someone else is responsible for this besides you, this user also needs the Global Permission Administration > Manage public relations > Manage public profiles (edit public profiles).

You are the Super Admin or main user of your ChurchTools installation? #

As a so called Super Admin you already have the necessary rights, so you don’t need to do anything else. If someone else is responsible for this besides you, this user also needs the Global Permission Administration > Manage public relations > Manage public profiles (edit public profiles).
