You have found a profile with incorrect details in the Finder. This article explains how to proceed in this case.

How to proceed if you find a profile that exists twice or displays inappropriate content is explained separately, as there is more to consider in this case. You can find this article here.

Doesn’t the profile belong to your church? #

Many profiles are managed by the churches themselves. So please use the contact information in the profile to get in touch with the people in charge of the church and make them aware of this. If they are not able to change it themselves, the responsible persons of the church can contact us directly.

Does your church already use ChurchTools? #

Again, first talk to the people in charge of your church. If your church already uses ChurchTools, they can easily adapt the profile via your ChurchTools installation. They can find out how to do this here.

Your church does not use ChurchTools yet? #

In this case, please contact the responsible persons in your church first. We give you all the important information in our online help on how you can get a free ChurchTools installation for your church to manage your Finder profile. You can find all the information you need here.

Your church does not use ChurchTools and does not want to? #

Then you have two options: Either we delete your profile from Finder or you let us make the changes. Both options, however, require official proof from your church that you actually want us to do this. In this case, please use the contact form via the 3-dot menu in the profile concerned:

Select the category Incorrect information in the form, enter your request for change or request for deletion and enter your name and e-mail address. We will contact the responsible persons in your church directly with your data and ask for confirmation. Once we have received confirmation, we will either change the data or deactivate the profile.
