If you organize meetings for your Groups, you can use check-in codes to keep track of the participants.
You can have these check-in codes sent to the participants by e-mail, whereby you have the option of setting which check-in codes should be sent and when.
To make these settings, proceed as follows.
1. Call up group #
First open the module Groups (1) and open the Group (2) for whose meeting you want to configure the sending of check-in codes.
2. open group settings #
Next, navigate in the Settings (1) of the group to Meetings (2).
3. configure the dispatch of the check-in codes #
Here you can set whether and when the check-in codes should be sent by email and which people in the group (depending on their group role) should receive the check-in code.
You can always activate (1) and then select for which roles (2) the check-in codes should be activated.
With the last slider (3) to activate automatic dispatch by email. This gives you control over when the check-in codes are sent and to which people.
