When you start new chats in Web Chat, you have the option to use a ChurchTools user’s chat ID. This user doesn’t have to be from your congregation—and therefore part of your ChurchTools—but it’s enough if their congregation also uses ChurchTools. So ask them for their chat ID or share yours—that way, you can chat across congregations.
