A profile is published in the Finder for your congregation that is not linked to a ChurchTools system and you want to manage the profile for your congregation yourself? In this article, we explain how you can do this.
1. Your congregation already has a ChurchTools system with a valid license? #
Then create your own profile directly in your ChurchTools, publish it and report the duplicate profile to us as a duplicate so that we can deactivate it.
2. Your congregation already has ChurchTools, but you have not yet booked a license? #
In this case, you also create your own profile directly in your ChurchTools system. You then apply to us for verification of your system and publication of your profile. We will check that your church is actually to be represented by this system and will release the profile for you once we have received official confirmation.
Finally, report the duplicate profile to us as a duplicate so that we can deactivate it.
3. Your congregation doesn’t have ChurchTools yet? #
Then get a free ChurchTools system with which you can create your own profile. You get this system with a free combo license. As soon as you want to work more with ChurchTools, you can book the right plan for you in your system at any time for a fee. All data will be retained and you can simply continue working.
As soon as you have the system, you can get started. Create your profile, ask us to verify your system and publish your profile and then report the duplicate profile to us as a duplicate so that we can deactivate it.
