1. Open the Finder #
Open the Finder at https://find.church.tools. Adjust your language on the upper right.
If you would like to search for a church on your mobile device, we recommend installing the ChurchTools app via the Play Store or the App Store. If you are already using the app and are logged in to your church, you will find the finder in the Discover tab under Churches.
In addition to the search field, you will also find suggestions and frequently searched pages on the web.
If you have already looked at churches in the Finder, they will also be displayed here.
2. Search #
Location search or free text search: You can either search for your current location or the location where you want to find a church, or you can start a free text search.
3. Narrow down the search #
After the first entry in the search field, you can narrow down your search even further:
- Search for a place,
- a denomination,
- affiliation, e.g. to a congregation, an association or a regional church,
- various tags (see note) and
- regular church services.
4. View results #
The Finder shows you a list of churches that match your search and displays their locations on a map. Click on the respective church to view their profile.
