The selectable actions for creating and maintaining data pairs differ depending on the order type (persons, transactions, accounts, etc.). For the order types, we list clearly below which actions you can select.
People #
A person pair is a link between a person in your own system (e.g. Max Muster) and the same person in the connected system (e.g. Max Muster).
A combination of first name, surname, e-mail and birthday determines whether a person from your ChurchTools is linked to the same person in the connected system. The minimum requirement for linking is that the first name and surname of a person are identical in both systems.
Actions 1 – 3 create new booking pairs when the order is executed. Actions 4 – 10 always refer to existing pairs of people.
