If you notice that a profile exists twice, you can report this to us. We will check your details and then take care of the profile(s).

If you come across inappropriate content in profiles, you can also report this to us. We will also check this and, if necessary, make sure that the profile in question is removed from the Finder.

This is how it works #

1. Call up the profile in the Finder and select the option report profile (2) via the 3 dots at the top right (1):

   

2. The profile you want to use is already preselected in the form.

3. Then select the appropriate category for your message, so that we can assign your message correctly:

   

4. In the description you explain why you are reporting the profile. Be as precise as possible.

5. Finally, enter your name and e-mail address and send your message.
