The first step has been taken. ChurchTools has been set up and now your congregation is waiting to get started. Introducing a new system is not always easy and getting your congregation off to a smooth start with ChurchTools requires sensitivity, a lot of communication and patience.
With our guides, we want to help you plan your entry into or transition to ChurchTools and give you a recommendation on which steps – in our experience – would make sense and when.
On the left-hand side of the bar you will find all the guides for your first steps. They are sorted in the same way as we would for a new ChurchTools. Each guide starts with a brief overview of why this step is important, followed by a short guide with implementation steps. Finally, each guide gives you a small preview of what you can do next once you have completed all the steps in the guide.
In each guide you will find links to suitable help pages from our online help and to YouTube tutorials so that you can familiarize yourself further with a topic. Cross-references allow you to continue working directly in other guides.
