ChurchTools supports your congregation in maintaining its song library with the CCLI ^SongSelect® integration. This allows you to search for songs in the CCLI database and download lyrics and chord sheets and save them in ChurchTools. You can find out exactly how this works here.

With CCLI® Auto-Reporting, you can have sung songs automatically registered to CCLI. After activating the function, songs scheduled in the Agenda are automatically reported to CCLI 7 days after the event. This gives you enough time to correct spontaneous changes after the event at Agenda.

To be able to use the CCLI ^SongSelect® integration, you need a CCLI ^SongSelect® subscription.

Integration of CCLI ^SongSelect® #

You can integrate your CCLI ^SongSelect® account in the system settings under Integrations > CCLI:

• To use CCLI ^SongSelect® with ChurchTools, you must first create a CCLI SongSelect® account via the CCLI ^SongSelect® website Account. If you already have a CCLI Account, you can skip this step.
• Click on “Connect to CCLI…” and confirm the redirection to the CCLI ^SongSelect® website.
• Enter your access data on the CCLI ^SongSelect® website.
• Confirm that ChurchTools may use your CCLI ^SongSelect® access.

You will now be automatically redirected back to ChurchTools. Your CCLI ^SongSelect® account is now connected to your ChurchTools and can be used.

^CCLI® Auto-Reporting #

Since many of you use CCLI and therefore regularly register the songs sung to CCLI, we have added CCLI Auto-Reporting with v3.92. If this function is activated, all songs scheduled in the Agenda are automatically reported to CCLI 7 days after the event.
