The Super Admin is a concept in ChurchTools that is used to designate certain user accounts that should have full access to ChurchTools. Any user in an installation can be made a Super Admin.
What can the Super Admin do? #
A Super Admin automatically gets almost all global permissions.
The super admin is the user of the installation who can access the privacy settings in the system settings (formerly admin settings).
Who is the Super Admin? #
In a newly requested ChurchTools installation, the person with user ID #1 is automatically entered as the Super Admin.
In Manage Permissions you can recognise a user entered as Super Admin by the red “Administrator” chip.
If you are an authorised person of your installation, you can have a Super Admin added or also removed via our Support.
