General Integrations #

The ALPHA Bookstore integration allows you to display a “Bookstore” in the Discover section of your ChurchTools app. The Bookstore allows you to order books, calendars, CDs and more directly from ALPHA Bookstore. When you store an ALPHA Partnerlink ID, your church will receive a 10% commission on each purchase and you can create your own custom Bookstore display.

CCLI® is an important interface between churches and authors and publishers. All parties involved should benefit – on the one hand your church receives simple and affordable licences – on the other hand your licence money reaches the Christian authors through a functioning and fair payment system. CCLI contributes to the growth and distribution of spiritual music by enabling legal use of copyrighted songs. Authors are given a perspective and encouraged to invest their talent in churches.

The Writing Assistant is a text generator which can help your church to quickly and easily draft text content. You can use it to edit group and appointment descriptions.

You will also find integration options for sending text messages, synchronizing ChurchTools appointments with the “Evangelische Termine” event platform and a survey tool.

Do you want to use a newsletter for your church, for which persons can subscribe and unsubscribe, for which elaborate designs are possible or for which you need extensive statistics? ChurchTools offers you possibilities to send mass messages to small groups etc. via special newsletter platforms with more functionality in this area. So that you don’t have to maintain the addresses twice, you can connect ChurchTools with your newsletter platform.

API #

All functions that are available in ChurchTools can also be used via the API. We offer you over 200 API endpoints with which you as a software developer can program additional functions according to your individual needs. Use of the API is free of charge.
