Navigate to the Sync module. There you will see the items External systems, Executions and Logs in the second menu level.
Externals systems #
Here you get an overview of the external systems already created (1) and connect new external systems (2) to your ChurchTools.

For each connected system, you define person/transaction and property pairs (3) and add orders (4) with which you can synchronize the data of the two systems.

Executions #
All planned (1) and already completed (2) executions of orders are clearly displayed here. If you would like to know more about a specific execution, a click on this execution will take you directly to the corresponding log.
Use the filter (3) to easily narrow down the display and keep an overview at all times.

Logs #
You can find details of all the versions under Logs. Did everything work out? What exactly was done? You can find the answers here.

We have also built in a filter for the log so that you can easily keep track of everything.
