Your church has a profile published in the Finder that is not linked to a ChurchTools installation and you want to manage the profile for your church yourself? In this article we explain how you can do that.

1. Your church already has a ChurchTools installation with a valid licence? #

Then create your profile directly in your ChurchTools installation, publish it and report the then duplicate profile to us as a duplicate to have us deactivate it.

2. Your church already has ChurchTools, but you have not yet booked a licence? #

In this case create your profile also directly in your ChurchTools installation. Then you apply to us for verification of your installation and publication of your profile. We check that your church should really be represented with this installation and release the profile for you when we have received confirmation from the official side.

Finally, you report the duplicate profile to us as duplicate so that we can deactivate it.

3. Your church does not have ChurchTools yet? #

Then get a free Finder installation with which you can create your profile. You get this installation with a free Combo licence. As soon as you want to work more with ChurchTools, you can always pay for the package that suits you best in your installation. All data will remain intact and you can simply continue to work.

As soon as you have the installation, you can get started. Create your profile, request us to confirm your installation and to publish your profile and report the duplicate profile as duplicate to us to have it deactivated by us.
