{"id":98622,"date":"2019-07-08T13:07:11","date_gmt":"2019-07-08T11:07:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/help\/non-knowledgebase\/uncategorized\/an-employees-roles\/"},"modified":"2026-11-05T09:45:19","modified_gmt":"2026-11-05T07:45:19","password":"","slug":"an-employees-roles","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/churchtools-modules\/staff-volunteers\/an-employees-roles\/","title":{"rendered":"An Employee&#8217;s Roles"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can set up an employee&#8217;s personal preferences for a single role:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How often a person generally wants to participate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether she would prefer to be scheduled with her partner on the same day (e.g., because they drive together) or would rather <em>not be scheduled together<\/em> (e.g., because one of them always has to watch the kids).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether you prefer mornings and evenings or just mornings or just evenings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can find this setting in the service assignment.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hover your mouse over a duty group in an event, and the magic wand icon will appear, among other things.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clicking on it opens the preselection for the duty roster.
