But beyond the standard information, many congregations need additional details:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Does the person consent to having their photo published?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May the person appear on the PDF membership list that is sent out annually?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does the person consent to having their year of birth published?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of course, you have the option to create additional personal data fields in the master data. However, you cannot (yet) filter these fields. (An extension is planned.)<br\/>Here&#8217;s a way you can filter them after all:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create a new (hidden?) group for data protection and add all individuals for whom additional information is available to that group.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can now create groups of records that you want to filter.
