{"id":98577,"date":"2026-10-05T15:36:49","date_gmt":"2026-10-05T13:36:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/help\/non-knowledgebase\/uncategorized\/system-settings-module-resources\/"},"modified":"2026-11-05T09:45:00","modified_gmt":"2026-11-05T07:45:00","password":"","slug":"system-settings-module-resources","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/churchtools-modules\/prepare-resources\/system-settings-module-resources\/","title":{"rendered":"System settings Module: Resources"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the <em>System settings<\/em>, under <em>Modules &gt; &gt; Resources<\/em>, you can configure various settings for the Resources module.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can specify that <em>bookings for users who are not logged in<\/em> should be displayed <em>anonymously<\/em> (1) and whether or not <em>system e-mails regarding resources<\/em> should be <em>sent<\/em> (2).  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, under <em>\u201cLoad Past Appointments\u201d<\/em>(3), you can specify the number of days in the past for which appointments should be loaded into the web calendar. The default setting here is 90 days.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below that, you can <em>customize<\/em> the <em>module name<\/em> (4) and <em>enable or disable<\/em> the module (5).
