These permission levels can be customized under People &gt; Master Data &gt; Comments Viewer. Recommendation: Don&#8217;t set up too many levels, as this will make Administration and permission management very time-consuming later on. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Permission for the Comments<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, to grant a user permission to view comments for the Executive Board, you must go to <em>Permissions Management<\/em> ( &gt; ), <em>select<\/em> &#8221; <em>Users<\/em> &#8221; ( &gt; ), <em>choose &#8220;View Comments<\/em>,&#8221; and directly assign the &#8220;Executive Board&#8221; permission level to that user.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It definitely makes more sense to assign comment permissions for specific levels at the group level. For example, the &#8220;Executive Board&#8221; group should be assigned the permissions for the &#8221; <em>Executive Board<\/em> &#8221; level. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, the &#8221; <em>Everyone<\/em> &#8221; person status can be assigned to everyone via the &#8220;Member&#8221; person status, so that every member can see these comments.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The &#8220;People&#8221; module allows you to set comments at different permission levels.
