Of course, this is only the case if w <\/span><\/span>if you had opened an Agenda beforehand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under <strong>(3)<\/strong>, you can <strong>filter<\/strong> the displayed <strong>songs<\/strong> \u2014by song categories, sources, keys, and tags, among other things. More information on creating and editing songs is provided below. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under <strong>(4)<\/strong>, you can filter the songs by <strong>usage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>list<\/strong> <strong>(5)<\/strong> then displays the individual songs along with various additional details:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Title and the Artists<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The different versions listed below can be selected (blue). The information updates accordingly based on which version is selected (for example, if a team plays the song faster or in a different key). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The frequency with which a song was played in an Agenda is represented by small blue bars. In the CCLI Report view, this information can be exported to be submitted to CCLI. This song usage export also includes the song\u2019s author. The information about the author makes it easier for you to submit the songs you\u2019ve performed to <a href=\"https:\/\/vg-musikedition.de\/\">VG Musikedition<\/a>, since they require song titles and artist names.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Create Individual Songs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Songs can either be created manually or imported from the SongSelect\/CCLI database. First, you need to <a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/system-settings\/ccli-songselect-en\/ccli-integration\/\">link ChurchTools to CCLI<\/a>. After that, you&#8217;ll be able to import songs.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To <strong>create<\/strong> a song <strong>manually<\/strong>, enter the relevant information.  <\/p>\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-1ccdadb1 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#22c55e;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#dcfce7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">Admins can specify additional song categories and sources in the events master data.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want <strong>to link<\/strong> a song <strong>to the CCLI database<\/strong>, type in the title and then click the blue CCLI icon next to the title. Some music teams may play different versions and have saved different tempos or chords. All the information below applies to the respective versions. The source and key of an arrangement can also be specified here.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comments (3)<\/strong><br \/>Please use the <strong>comment feature<\/strong> for brief additional information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Attaching and Linking Files<\/strong> <strong>(4)<\/strong><br \/>A particularly convenient feature: You can <strong>attach files<\/strong> to each song or arrangement <strong>.<\/strong> A wide variety of file formats are supported.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>There are four ways to attach files:<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You <strong>can drag and drop<\/strong> a file from your file manager directly into the field  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>&#8220;Upload File&#8221;<\/strong> and then browse for the files in your Explorer\/Finder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a <strong>link<\/strong> (for example, to a YouTube video)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once you&#8217;ve linked the song to your <strong>CCLI account<\/strong>, you can re-download the files as often as you like. Want to play the song in a different key? Just click on it and add a new version:  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For <strong>MP3 files<\/strong>, a small playback icon even appears. Clicking on it opens a player and the song starts playing right away.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Files from <strong>Songbeamer<\/strong> (sng) or <strong>ProPresenter can <\/strong>even be exported to <a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/churchtools-modules\/running-events\/how-to-export-agendas-to-projection-software\/\" id=\"7356\">presentation software<\/a> as part of the Agenda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"CCLIsupregsupnbspAutoReporting\"><sup>CCLI\u00ae<\/sup> Auto-Reporting<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since many of you use CCLI and therefore regularly report the songs you sing to CCLI, there is a <a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/system-settings\/ccli-songselect-en\/ccli-auto-reporting\/\">CCLI Auto-Reporting feature<\/a>.
