You have to enter a link to an image that has already been uploaded.   <br>So you have three options:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Attach the image to the e-mail<\/em> (below the text editor: Upload file)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Upload the image in the &#8220;Wiki&#8221; module to a public(!) wiki page<\/em>. Then click on the image with the right mouse button and select &#8220;Copy address of link&#8221; (the wording differs depending on the browser). <br \/>Disadvantage: public users could then see all files on this page as attached files.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An <em>external image service <\/em>is used. This service must provide a link to a &#8220;real image&#8221;. It must not be an encrypted link, such as the one offered by Dropbox.<br \/>One option is <a href=\"https:\/\/de.imgbb.com\/\">https:\/\/de.imgbb.com\/<\/a><br \/>Imgbb has the advantage that a &#8220;real&#8221; image is displayed in the link. <br \/>Select &#8220;HTML full view link&#8221; and then copy the link to <em>&lt;img src=&#8221; <\/em>until the next &#8221; (sometimes you can only copy the entire text) <br \/><br \/>Disadvantage: 1) Data protection! 2) It&#8217;s more complicated, but you don&#8217;t have to create a &#8220;blank&#8221; wiki page with all e-mail images.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"background-color: #7ad575\">(8)<\/span> &#8220;Personal&#8221; salutation. If an e-mail is sent to several people, you can insert a placeholder which is then filled with the appropriate content. This gives you more formatting options than the editor offers. (Different text sizes, images, etc.)  <br><br>However, it should be noted that this often leads to errors: E-mails are cut off, classified as spam, etc.  <br><br>To insert text cleanly (text only, without formatting) you can select Ctrl+Shift+V to insert (instead of Ctrl+V). (Or Cmd+Shift+V on the Mac) <\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Signature<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can enter a personal signature below.
