All this (and more) can be automatically imported from ChurchTools into your website. The data from ChurchTools is automatically updated every 30 minutes. In addition, we offer you the possibility to initiate the data import manually, if you wish. In this case, contact the ChurchTools admin of your church.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>On the left-hand side you can select calendars, persons or groups. You can share calendars and persons directly here. Under Groups you will find an overview of all published groups. You can publish them, as before, in the module Persons &amp; Groups. The picture and campus of an appointment are taken from ChurchTools and imported to your website. If a calendar is assigned to a campus in ChurchTools, this information is also transferred to the calendar name on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the release, the calendar is published on your ChurchTools website with the next update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Share and publish personal data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Share personal data<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The release for individual <strong>persons<\/strong> works via the group role of the users in ChurchTools. Unlike calendars, the current data of shared persons is then automatically imported into your ChurchTools website, but <strong>not<\/strong> automatically published. You will find out how to publish the data in the next point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You create the release of the persons by clicking on the button <em>+ Share persons<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First select the <strong>group<\/strong> in which the person is located.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the last step, you select the <strong>group role<\/strong> that you want to publish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>In this way you can, for example, share the participants of the church leadership group or the leaders of your small groups with the ChurchTools website. If the leader or the data of a shared person changes, the data on your website will be adjusted automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Publish personal data<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In the admin area of your website you call up the menu item <em>Persons (Personen)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p>Here you can either select <strong>several persons<\/strong> in the list and click on <em>Publish (Ver\u00f6ffentlichen)<\/em> or you can click on a single person and publish their data.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p>To publish individual data, activate the <em>display (Anzeigen)<\/em> button (1) for e.g. the picture, the e-mail, the telephone numbers etc. and finally click on <em>save (Speichern)<\/em> and <em>publish (Ver\u00f6ffentlichen)<\/em>.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"940\" height=\"188\" src=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9574\" srcset=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-3.png 940w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-3-300x60.png 300w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-3-768x154.png 768w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-3-360x72.png 360w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can individually set for each person which of the imported contact data should actually be published.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-80af7bfe1f2cac9aad48f56ff78dd877 is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#e7c000;border-left-width:0.5rem;color:#3f3400;background-color:#ffe5644d;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Caution!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">Always be careful with personal data. The data published about a person on the ChurchTools website can be found by anyone on the Internet. Only publish the data that is necessary to contact a person and <strong>only with that person&#8217;s consent<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Share and publish groups<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Groups<\/strong> are published without further approval as soon as you set them to <em>Public<\/em> in the respective group settings in the <strong>Persons &amp; Groups<\/strong> module.
