All contact forms have the fields first name, surname, e-mail and message. You can either have the messages from the contact form be sent to you as an e-mail and\/or save it as a CSV file for further processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Open up contact forms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the menu on the left-hand side you will find the menu item <em>Contact forms (Kontaktformulare)<\/em> under MORE (MEHR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"214\" height=\"173\" src=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-409.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16837\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Create contact form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on the button <em>Create Form (Kontaktformular erstellen)<\/em> to open a dialogue window in which you enter an internal <em>Title (Titel)<\/em> (1) for your form and a <em>Unique ID (Eindeutige ID)<\/em> (2) for your new contact form. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#3e70ce;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#f3f5f7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">You cannot change the ID afterwards.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on <em>Create contact form (Kontaktformular erstellen)<\/em> to open the editing window for your contact form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"820\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-410.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16839\" srcset=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-410.png 820w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-410-300x216.png 300w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-410-768x553.png 768w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-410-360x259.png 360w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 820px) 100vw, 820px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Here you can customise the <em>Title (Titel)<\/em> again (3).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under <em>Data (Daten)<\/em> (4), activate the option to save the contact form data in a csv file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under <em>E-mail<\/em> (5) you activate that the form requests are to be sent via e-mail and enter the <em>e-mail address<\/em> of a recipient who is to be notified when new messages arrive and a <em>subject<\/em> for these notification e-mails. You can add as many further e-mail addresses as you like using the <em>Add e-mail (E-Mail hinzuf\u00fcgen)<\/em> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After <em>saving (Speichern)<\/em> your settings, you will find your contact form in the overview of forms.<br><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.church.tools\/images\/159288\/6558581dd88b8587a7e3f33bf94fbf3917dcba28f10d26386dbb8962790e5ebc?fit=max&amp;fm=png&amp;h=0&amp;w=940\" alt=\"\"><\/figure><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Edit contact form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You will find all your saved contact forms in the overview.
