Here you have the option to start the job manually and once or to have the job started automatically again and again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(1) Manual execution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By clicking on the Button <em>Execute<\/em> (2) the actions you have selected are executed. This means that the selected properties for the pair of people are linked, created, updated, archived or deleted in your own and\/or other systems, depending on your configuration of the job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(2) Automatic execution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to execute a job regularly, e.g. to keep two databases up to date, then you call up the menu via the 3 points, click on <em>Enable automatic execution<\/em> (3) and confirm the activation. This job will then be executed once a day between 0 and 4 o&#8217;clock in the morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#3e70ce;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#f3f5f7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">We strongly advise you to always run a <strong>simulation<\/strong> first when creating a new job. Afterwards, you will receive a detailed log of what would have happened if the job had actually been executed. If you notice unwanted actions here, then adjust the configuration of your job and simulate again. Repeat this until you are satisfied with the &#8220;What would have happened?&#8221; result without actually changing any data in your ChurchTools installation.
