Then you send this login token to the administrator of the installation with which a connection is to be established.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">And this is how it works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Create a sync user<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, create a <strong>new user<\/strong> (e.g. named &#8220;sync user&#8221;) in Persons &amp; Groups via <em>Create new person<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Assign permissions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You give the following necessary <strong>permissions<\/strong> to this user:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>View &#8220;Persons &amp; Groups&#8221; (view).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security Level Person Data (security level person)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security Level Group Data (security level group)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put persons in and get them out of archive (push\/pull archive)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#3e70ce;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#f3f5f7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">This permission is only needed if you want to archive people with the Sync.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Edit relations of visible persons (edit relations)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit group memberships of visible persons (edit groups)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right to create persons (create person)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right to delete persons (delete persons)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write access for all visible persons (write access)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View all persons of the active department (view alldata)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View single groups &#8211; including hidden group (view group)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Give login token to the admin of the other installation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When all permissions have been granted, you invite this new user to ChurchTools and log in to this account with the stored access data.
