You can use the Manage menu to open the Public Relations<\/a><\/em> section. Under Public profiles<\/em>, you can publish your profiles, call them up in the ChurchTools Finder<\/a> or withdraw a publication. We explain how to create and edit your public profile in our instructions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By clicking on the blue Publish<\/em> button (1), the information you have entered will be published<\/strong> in the Finder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After publication, a green notice (2) informs you that your profile has been published.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, you can undo<\/strong> the publication at any time by clicking on the Undo publication<\/em> button (3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can view and check<\/strong> your profile page by clicking the Open<\/em> button (4) at the top right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
