Here you can share important information and briefly describe who you are and what makes you special.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To create or edit public profiles, go to <a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/website-and-finder\/public-relations\/overview-of-public-relations\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"7704\">Public Relations<\/a> in your ChurchTools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Store information in the profiles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If community information is already stored in the <em>system settings<\/em>, you will find it here in your profile. If you change something, these changes will be applied in both directions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">URL (community profile only)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The URL of your community profile is automatically suggested as <code>find.church.tools\/beispielkirche<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you would like to use a different URL, you can edit it here. Only lowercase letters from a-z, numbers and hyphens are allowed. Do not use umlauts, special characters or spaces. If the URL you are entering is already taken, you will be notified immediately.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first block you enter the name and abbreviation of your church. The <em>full name<\/em> is displayed at login, among other things. The <em>abbreviated name<\/em> appears, for example, in the top left of the blue menu bar and in the subject of system emails. The <em>abbreviation<\/em> of a campus is used in the list of people, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can add and edit your <em>logo<\/em> and an appealing <em>cover image<\/em> in the next section. While the logo appears in various places, the cover image is mainly used in the <a href=\"https:\/\/find.church.tools\">ChurchTools Finder<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <em>address<\/em> you enter here will be displayed on a map in the <a href=\"https:\/\/find.church.tools\">ChurchTools Finder<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the last block of this section, you can enter contact details such as your <em>website<\/em>, <em>e-mail address<\/em> and <em>telephone number<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About your community<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <em>short introduction<\/em>, you can describe your congregation in up to 800 characters. You can also indicate whether your congregation belongs to a particular <em>denomination<\/em> and select whether it <em>belongs<\/em> to an association, federation, regional church or diocese (see note). Choose up to three appropriate <em>tags<\/em> that describe your community well.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#3e70ce;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#f3f5f7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">If your federation, association etc. is missing from our selection list, please send an e-mail to our <a href=\"https:\/\/contact.church.tools\">support<\/a> team.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Social media links<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter the links to your social media platforms here. You can of course sort the list according to your preferences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regular church services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Here you have the opportunity to enter the day of the week, interval and time for your <em>regular church services<\/em>. You can also enter a brief comment about the service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the next block you can add the average <em>number of visitors per service<\/em> and a <em>picture<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below this, you can link to suitable <em>group homepages<\/em>. ChurchTools arranges the pictures for you depending on which display device they are shown on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Presented group homepages<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Here you can link and sort group homepages for easy contact and registration for events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Presented persons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the last section, you have the option of adding individual <em>people<\/em> to your community to introduce them.
