Depending on your church structure, you may want to add to or reduce this for you. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#22c55e;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#dcfce7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Tip<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">In our recommendation you will find the total amount of permissions that we think a leader or participant of such a group should have. In some churches there may be co-leaders, organizers or similar roles in groups. If this is the case for you, then simply divide the permissions we recommend among several roles, or reassign the recommended permissions how you think it&#8217;s useful for the different roles.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>Since you probably want all your small group leaders and members to have the same permissions, regardless of which small group they belong to, we recommend that you assign the permissions using the group type <em>small group<\/em>. This way you define basic permissions for all groups of this type. If a small group should then, for example, also take on diaconal tasks, the permissions required can then be given directly to this group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Basically, we recommend that the members of a small group can see who is part of the small group and what dates are coming up, e.g. when and where the group meets regularly. group.<br><br>If the division &#8220;small groups&#8221; gets a total budget, this should be administered by a division leader. For this purpose, a group is created, to which the small groups are subordinated and in which the division leader gets the role leader.
