Depending on your church structure, you may want to take away or add certain permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In some churches the church leadership also takes over the worship and event planning or manages the room bookings, in others it is mainly there for the spiritual well-being and growth. Therefore you will find the minimum of permissions that we think the church leadership needs. These permissions can be expanded for your church leadership at any time, should it cover more areas in your church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since we believe that the members of the church leadership should be able to invite people to ChurchTools, we have included this permission in the recommendation as the only administration permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#22c55e;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#dcfce7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Tip<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">In our recommendations you will find the total set of permissions that we think the church leadership should have. In some churches, some members of the group may serve specific divisions in the church. The permissions <em>Make all groups of the group type visible (except hidden!) (view grouptype)<\/em> and <em>See individual groups incl. the persons contained (also applies to hidden groups) (view group)<\/em> can be restricted in case certain groups cover sensitive topics, so the church leadership can&#8217;t see those groups. You can realize that by creating a separate group type for those groups via the <em>Master data<\/em> of the <strong>Persons &amp; Groups<\/strong> module and then not authorizing this group type for the church leadership.<br>&#8211; In ChurchTools you can leave comments for persons which are saved in a persons card. For these comments you can also define different categories (e.g. leader, admin etc&#8230;) in the <em>master data<\/em>.
