Permissions assigned to this user therefore apply to all visitors to your ChurchTools who are not logged in. And of course additionally for all those who are logged in.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assign permissions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Open the section <strong>Calendar (7)<\/strong> and grant the permission <em>View &#8220;Calendar&#8221; (view)<\/em> <strong>(8)<\/strong> by checking the box. Perhaps your church has another calendar which appointments should be publicly visible to all, e.g. a calendar for the youth or prayer meetings.
