Here, too, a distinction is made between global and group-internal permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Global permissions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The global permissions define whether someone is generally allowed to see the module and\/or edit data in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#3e70ce;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#f3f5f7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">We recommend that you don&#8217;t assign the permissions directly to individual users, but rather, for example, create a group of cashiers and link the global permissions to the roles within this group.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Permission<\/th><th>Impact<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>View Finances <em>(view)<\/em><\/td><td>See the Finance Tab in the ChurchTools menu.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>View accounting years and clients <em>(view accounting period)<\/em><\/td><td>See all transactions of the selected clients and accounting years. You can restrict the authorisation to individual clients and accounting years.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Creating and Editing transactions for the Accounting Year and Client <em>(edit accounting period)<\/em><\/td><td>See and edit all transactions of the selected clients and accounting years as well as creating new transactions and deleting existing ones. You can restrict the authorisation to individual clients and accounting years.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Edit master data <em>(edit masterdata)<\/em><\/td><td>View and edit all Master data of the module.
