The general master data applies to all clients and accounting years.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clients<\/td>Natural persons and legal entities for whom the accounting is done in ChurchTools.<\/td><\/tr>
Accounting years<\/td>Period between two balance sheet dates whose business activities are summarised in an annual financial statement.<\/td><\/tr>
Tax types<\/td>Various tax types<\/td><\/tr>
Account types<\/td>Breakdown of which accounts are to be included in the balance sheet.<\/td><\/tr>
Account classes<\/td>First level of classification in the chart of accounts: systematic organisation of accounts according to function, type or purpose.<\/td><\/tr>
Account groups<\/td>Second level of the chart of accounts: Further subdivision of the account classes.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
