Locked transactions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can lock<\/strong><\/em> booked transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. This makes the transactions unchangeable. Meaning that you cannot edit or delete them yourself once they have been locked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Transactions that have been locked are marked with a green check mark in the transaction journal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Correct falsely locked transactions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The German principles of proper accounting (GoBD)<\/a> state that accounting must be clear and comprehensible. If a transaction has already been locked, it is considered confirmed and may no longer be changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If an error has occured, you take the right measure by making a reversal entry<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
