This allows you to process the data as an Excel or CSV file. In addition to the <strong>default<\/strong> format, ChurchTools also supports the <strong>DATEV<\/strong> and <strong>SAGE 100<\/strong> format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"340\" height=\"354\" src=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-368.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16472\" srcset=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-368.png 340w, https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-368-288x300.png 288w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 340px) 100vw, 340px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You will find all formats under <em><strong>Export<\/strong><\/em> (1), which opens a drop-down menu that shows you all the options for exporting your transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Standard export<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can execute the <em><strong>standard export<\/strong><\/em> (2) as a CSV or Excel file. All information of the transaction(s) will be exported. The columns are named after the columns in ChurchTools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#3e70ce;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#f3f5f7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">The export takes into account all the filter settings you have made in the transaction journal. If, for example, you have only displayed one month or a certain account, only these entries will be listed in the export.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other formats &#8211; SAGE 100 and DATEV<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ChurchTools also offers you an export to the ERP software SAGE 100. You can also choose between CSV and Excel files. SAGE 100 can then import this file again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The DATEV export is a standardised export in which the transaction data is prepared in special columns.
