By clicking on the respective <em><strong>selection box<\/strong><\/em> you can set for each calendar whether the associated appointments are to be displayed in your calendar view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the <em><strong>+ symbol<\/strong><\/em> next to the three calendar categories you can create new calendars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And with the <em><strong>&#8230; &#8211; button<\/strong><\/em> next to existing calendars you can edit or subscribe to them. What exactly you can do here always depends on the permissions the administrator of your installation has given to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(2) Navigation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With the <em><strong>&lt;&lt; &#8211; and &gt;&gt; &#8211; buttons<\/strong><\/em> you can scroll backwards or forwards one page in the calendar and clicking on <em><strong>Today<\/strong><\/em> will immediately take you back to the page with today&#8217;s date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The small <em><strong>calendar symbol<\/strong><\/em> allows you to quickly jump to a specific date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <em><strong>printer symbol<\/strong><\/em> opens a print-friendly view of the current page in a pop-up window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(3) Change view<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose whether your view should cover a <em><strong>month<\/strong><\/em>, a <em><strong>week<\/strong><\/em> or a <em><strong>day<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use the <em><strong>calendar button<\/strong><\/em> or the <em><strong>list button<\/strong><\/em> to switch between a classic calendar view or a list of appointments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use the <em><strong>Cogwheel menu<\/strong><\/em> to set what should happen when you hover over an appointment, whether appointments with meeting requests should only be displayed if you have been requested to and configure the info screen for the calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(4) Appointment view<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you hover your mouse over an appointment, you will be shown more <em><strong>information about the appointment<\/strong><\/em> as well as the option to <em><strong>edit<\/strong><\/em> the appointment (provided you have the appropriate permissions).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(5) Embed or subscribe to calendar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here you can embed <em><strong>calendars<\/strong><\/em> in a website and make the corresponding settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also subscribe to the <em><strong>public calendar<\/strong><\/em> here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-artikel-zum-weiterlesen has-background is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-89fd719a wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"border-radius:8px;background-color:#f9fafb;margin-top:24px;margin-bottom:24px;padding-top:32px;padding-right:24px;padding-bottom:32px;padding-left:24px\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Read more<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/churchtools-modules\/create-administer-calendars\/13-what-different-types-of-calendars-exist\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"9406\">What different types of calendars exist<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/churchtools-modules\/create-administer-calendars\/13-how-to-create-a-calendar\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"9387\">How to create a calendar<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/churchtools.academy\/en\/help\/churchtools-modules\/adding-appointments\/13-how-to-create-an-appointment\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"9389\">How to create an appointment<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/aside>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Where to find what in the calendar module?
