You can subscribe to ChurchTools calendars using iCal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In order to use the iCal functionality the administrator of your ChurchTools has to grant the Person not logged in<\/strong><\/em> the permission View \"Calendar\" (view)<\/code>. So if iCal-Link doesn’t work for you please contact your administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Open calendar module<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

3. Open iCal-Link\/File<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Open the menu<\/strong><\/em> (1) of the calendar which you want to sync and choose Subscribe<\/strong><\/em> (2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Retrieve iCal-Link\/File<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can either download the iCal-File<\/strong><\/em> (2) or copy the iCal-Link<\/strong><\/em> (3) to insert it in the calendar program of your choice. If you click on Subscribe to calendar<\/strong><\/strong> (1) the webcal-Link is automatically pasted to the default calendar program on your device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
