1. Create new appointment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to the calendar module and either click on a day of the week<\/em> (A) for which you want to create the new appointment or on the green + symbol<\/em> (B). We show you all the details in the instructions How to create an appointment?<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Fill in appointment information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Enter all the required information for your new appointment and select the calendar in which the appointment should be created. You can find more information on this in the article How to edit a (series) appointment?<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Select event template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Switch to the tab Events<\/strong><\/em> (1) and select the desired event template<\/strong><\/em> (2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your event is saved by clicking on Save<\/strong><\/em> (3) directly as an appointment in the Events<\/strong><\/em> module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
