<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n2. Enter appointment information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n- (1) Select the calendar<\/em> in which you want to create the appointment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- (2) Give the appointment a title<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- (3) Give a subtitle<\/em> (optional).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- (4) With this option, you determine whether the appointment should only<\/em> be visible to logged-in users<\/em> if you have selected a public calendar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- (5) Determine whether it is an all-day<\/em> appointment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- (6) Define the start<\/em> and end<\/em> of the appointment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- (7) You can select whether it is a recurring<\/em> appointment. If you want to create such a recurring<\/a> appointment, you can then enter until when and at what interval your appointment series should be repeated and, if necessary, exclude or add certain appointments from or to the series. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- (8) You can use your own appointment description<\/em> or use the writing assistant<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- (9) Insert a link<\/em> (e.g. for video conferences or other websites).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- (10) If you are creating the appointment on behalf of<\/em> someone else, you can select this person here. To do this, type the name in the field and then select the person from the list. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- (11) Add the location<\/em> where the appointment will take place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- (12) You can add a picture<\/em> that will be displayed in the calendar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- (13) Add appointment tags<\/em><\/a> which can be filtered and searched for.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- (14) Select whether the creator of the appointment<\/em> should be informed of your changes<\/em>. (This setting is only applied if you make changes to an existing appointment). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
