If a calendar appointment is linked to an event for which people are assigned to a service, ChurchTools offers you the option of displaying a supplement for the appointment title<\/em> in the calendar for this appointment. This addition is then added to the title of the associated appointment for each person who is entered in the roster of an event for this service. For example, if you always want to display the current preacher for the church service, you can set this to happen automatically in the Events module. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Call up services in the Events module<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
