There can be several reasons why a group member with a leadership role does not receive e-mails about changes in their group. With this step-by-step troubleshooting guide, you can find and fix the reason.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If no change e-mails are sent in general, then check from point 1. If you are using your own e-mail server, check that the server is set up and running correctly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Check System settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Call up the <em>System settings<\/em> (2) via the <em>tool icon<\/em> (1) in the blue menu bar.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under <em>Communication<\/em>, navigate to the <em>E-mail<\/em> section (3) and check whether the <em>Send system e-mails<\/em> (4) switch is activated. Check group settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Then call up the relevant group in the <em>Groups module<\/em>. Check the ladder users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If only certain people do not receive the change e-mails, check in the <em>Persons module<\/em> for the relevant managers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is an <em>e-mail address<\/em> stored for the person and is it correct?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has the person already been logged in or invited to ChurchTools at least once?
