System Settings for System E-mails<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.1 Open System Settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on the <strong>tool icon (1)<\/strong> on the left of your profile picture and select <strong>System settings (2)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.church.tools\/images\/158324\/daa4078c0cd523f422b584972663180fdf826014108ee186b0412d1abbf1b084?fit=max&amp;fm=png&amp;h=0&amp;w=940\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2 Enable System e-mails<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Navigate to <strong>Communication (3)<\/strong> and select <strong>E-mail (4)<\/strong>. Activate e-mails for groups<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stay in the System settings, navigate to <strong>Modules (6)<\/strong> and select <strong>Persons &amp; Groups (7)<\/strong> on the left-hand side. Group settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Open group<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Open the <strong>Persons &amp; Groups (9)<\/strong> module and switch to <strong>Groups (10)<\/strong>. Open up the group you want to check by <strong>clicking on the name of the group (11)<\/strong>. Has the person logged in to ChurchTools before?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.1 Open person details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Open the <strong>Persons &amp; Groups (19)<\/strong> module and switch to <strong>Persons (20)<\/strong>. If there is no date there, the person has never been online. However, this is necessary in order to receive e-mails from ChurchTools.
