More specific placeholders will follow.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>You will now find the placeholders built directly into the user interface when you compose a new text:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.church.tools\/images\/159174\/9c494bf6b2991954416d13e4e98ef0cb0ee9f6ee5cb9c78c7041e1149abc978e?fit=max&amp;fm=png&amp;h=0&amp;w=640\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>All available placeholders are displayed here and you can select them with one click.<br>There are placeholders for all DB fields, including those that you have created yourself, for group information fields and for relationship fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-background is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#3e70ce;border-left-width:0.5rem;background-color:#f3f5f7;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">If a person has several children, the placeholders for the individual children are sorted according to the age of the children, with <em>first<\/em> standing for the oldest child and so on.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>In the text, placeholders are highlighted in blue (1) and a control overview (3) is displayed at the bottom of the text field, which informs you whether the information required for the placeholders is stored for all recipients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Green: All information is available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yellow: The information is missing for at least one recipient or you do not have permission to see the corresponding information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can display the syntax of the placeholder (2) by hovering the mouse over the placeholder. To do this, move the mouse over the yellow checkbox to display all the people for whom the information is missing (indicated by the <em>crossed-out pen<\/em>; if you see a <em>crossed-out eye<\/em> here, this means that you do not have permission to see the information).
