Some users more or less unintentionally block (ignore) the ChurchTools bot in the Web-Chat. However, this bot absolutely necessary for linking the chat to ChurchTools. You can find out how the user can unblock the bot here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Open up Web-chat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Navigate via your profile picture<\/em> (1) at the top right via Chat<\/em> (2) to Webchat<\/em> (3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Open chat with “ChurchTools Bot”<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click on the +<\/em> (1) next to Home<\/em> and Start a new chat<\/em> (2). Type @ctbot:chat.church.tools<\/code> (3) into the search bar and start a chat with the ChurchTools Bot via Go<\/em> (4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now the chat opens with “ChurchTools Bot”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Unblock<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In this window, click on the (i)<\/em> (1) at the top right, then on People<\/em> (2) and select @ctbot:chat.church.tools (3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here you click on Unignore<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Reactivate chats and perform scheduled tasks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
