You enter this responsible person in your ChurchTools. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This does not necessarily have to be an administrator of your ChurchTool, but in most cases it is.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, the person may allow,  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>that our support accesses your ChurchTools or your database,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>that we import backups,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>change something in your database or  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enter a discount for your license.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-group ct-box ct-box-blue has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-74648fa9a9506de5179716347194bc98 is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-002f1c27 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:8px;border-left-color:#e7c000;border-left-width:0.5rem;color:#3f3400;background-color:#ffe5644d;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0.5rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0rem;margin-left:0.5rem\"><strong>Important<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0rem;margin-right:0.5rem;margin-bottom:0.5rem;margin-left:0.5rem\">Only enter <strong>real responsible persons<\/strong> here and not general users. For example, we cannot accept &#8220;Admin Admin&#8221; with <a href=\"mailto:admin@meine-gemeinde.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">admin@meine-gemeinde.de<\/a>for security reasons.   <br><br>This means that the name of the person authorized to issue instructions must be the natural name of the person and the e-mail address must be an address that can be clearly assigned to the person. A correct scheme would be, for example: Max Mustermann with the e-mail <a href=\"mailto:max.mustermann@example.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">max.mustermann@example.com.<\/a> <\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deposit persons authorised to give instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To document who is authorized to issue instructions to us, an administrator with super admin rights must enter the persons authorized to issue instructions in ChurchTools. This works as follows: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to <em>System settings<\/em> (1) via the Manage menu in the top right-hand corner and select <em>Authority to give instructions<\/em> (3) under <em>Data security \/ Data privacy<\/em> (2). All current authorized persons are displayed here. Use <em>+ Add a person<\/em> (4) to add further authorized persons. If a person is no longer authorized to issue instructions, remove them by clicking on the <em>x<\/em> (5) at the end of the line.
